All Conely’s parts and accessories are warranted against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from receipt of product. All returns must include both a return authorization number (RA) and proof of purchase. Please contact Conely's for a RA number prior to returning product. Products with manufacture’s defects will be repaired or replaced. Replacement/Repair will not cover any changes made to the original part received from Conely', such as paint or any added component. Product will be repaired or replaced “as shipped”. Scratches, road dings etc. to the paint, gel coat will not be repaired. We will take every precaution to protect your painted products during the repair process. However, Conely’s will not take responsibility for damages to “customer painted” or “as shipped painted” products during the repair process.
The customer must return the product for review. Customer must provide shipping to Conely’s. The initial shipping and handling charge will not be refunded. Conely’s will pay for shipping if there is found to be a manufacturer’s defect.
Windshield and headlight covers carry no warranty except in the case of damage during shipment. Damages to windshields during shipment must be reported to Conely’s within 24 hours of receipt to allow replacement.
Conely's New Gen (2) Saddlebags Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and worksmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper installation or where bags show Damage from being installed improper/Wrong… Must be installed by Certified Service center of Conel's or a Certified Repair Location of Conely's. Not a back yard Shop. This is where more damage is done then not. Conely's has the Right to take up to (90) Days to have our Conely's Gen (2) Bag's back to the customer. This is because they are Looked into by a third party Testing Facility and repaired if needed or then replaced......
Products may be returned for any reason within the first 5 days of receipt with a 25% restocking fee. Parts must be returned in the original packaging and in brand new condition not opened or used. Customer must provide return shipping and the initial shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.
If You want to cancel your order a 50% Cancellation Fee will be Charged if canceled in the first 24 Hours. If your order has been Set up for Shipping and you cancel the order You will be Chargrd 75% of the totle order for re-boxing and Restocking the order.
All PROMO SALES AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO REFUND'S on PROMO SALE'S or CUSTOM ORDERS.
All Cancellation will have a 50% Cancellation Fee if not Cancelled with in the first 24 Hours.
Custom Ordered Parts are to be paid Up Front and in Full before CONELY'S will Start the order. It can take up to (8) eight weeks to fulfill your order, Depending on Conely's workload and previous orders. There is no Cancellation on Custom Orders. There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders.
Please note: All returns must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization) number issued by Conely’s, the customer’s name, address, phone number and Conely’s invoice number. Please contact Conely’s for the RA and invoice number.
